The staff was friendly and eager to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel had a beautiful outdoor dining area where we could relax and enjoy our meals.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The rooms also lacked adequate heating, so we often felt cold during our stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pachuca. the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, with iconic views of the historic clock. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a hotel in such a prime location. The breakfast served was delicious, providing a great start to the day.

My partner and I enjoyed a romantic escape, we loved the architecture, the beautiful view from the balcony, and the fact that it was situated near key locations. We could easily go out and explore the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
